What is etiquette?
Conducting yourself in a professional manner, showing respect in the place you're working in and people you are working with, being polite 

Why is etiquette important when working in a media industry?
Media involves interviews, therefore you need to make sure you're polite and well-mannered. Media is a social working environment, you need to ensure you maintain and build good working relationships with people, lots of teamwork is involved. Can lead to more jobs in the future (rising through the ranks, avoid getting blacklisted.) Working for clients, who will only work with you if you are respectful and communicate well.

How does etiquette enable others to compete their role successfully?
Ensure when working in a team that moral is constantly high, due to time pressures and constant deadlines. Positive working environment. A good working relationship means you can work creatively and collaboratively.
